About The Position

Bordner Home Improvement is hiring a Field Canvasser Team Lead to build and lead a high-performing field marketing team. This is an active, field-based leadership role: the Team Lead works alongside representatives in local neighborhoods, engages homeowners, develops team members, drives appointments, and creates sales opportunities. Compensation includes a starting rate of $22 per hour, unlimited commission and bonuses, and earning potential based on both personal production and team performance. The posting says top earners can expect to earn over $70,000. The role offers paid training, ongoing coaching, PTO and sick time that begin accruing on day one, and benefits available within 30 days. The position is full-time, with start and end times that vary by season and weekday and weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the team in local neighborhoods and lead by example.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate field marketing representatives.
• Set expectations, establish the pace, and hold the team accountable to performance goals.
• Teach communication, homeowner engagement, and appointment-setting techniques.
• Drive appointment volume and help turn conversations into qualified opportunities.
• Monitor individual and team performance, identify improvement areas, and celebrate wins.
• Help onboard new team members and bring them up to speed.
• Represent Bordner Home Improvement professionally and confidently in the community.
