About The Position

Simple Staffing is hiring on behalf of Results Roofing for a Roofing Canvasser. The role involves working assigned neighborhoods, engaging homeowners about roof age, storm damage, and insurance eligibility, and scheduling no-cost roof inspections. Compensation includes a base salary of $28,000 per year plus 10% commission on the profit of every job set, with uncapped earning potential. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 38 hours per week. Daily expectations include knocking at least 40 doors and identifying qualified homes with roofs 15 or more years old. Success depends on consistent outreach, communication, and setting inspections.

• Explain how the company can help homeowners obtain a new roof through their insurance.
• Build trust and answer homeowners’ questions.
• Schedule no-cost roof inspections.
• Help drive new business and support the team.
