Requirements

• Sales, marketing, customer service, retail, hospitality, canvassing, or promotional experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and confidence talking with new people
• Competitive mindset and positive attitude
• Coachable, driven, and eager to grow
• Reliable transportation
• Desire to earn more based on performance

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
• Generate appointments for our in-home sales team
• Represent a trusted, growing company with confidence and professionalism
• Learn proven sales, communication, and leadership skills
• Develop into a future team leader through hands-on coaching and mentorship
