About The Position
Next Solutions is an in-home services company that contracts work from top TV and internet service providers, specializing in creating the ultimate in-home experience for their customers. Service and solutions experts provide customers with TV, Internet, and smart home solutions, completing work orders that involve driving to customer homes, assessing needs, and performing required work.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Experience working outdoors
- Must pass an extensive background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Able to lift and carry up to 80 lbs. On a consistent basis
- Flexible to work 5-6 days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Sales experience a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform new connects, reconnects, upgrades and disconnects for television, internet and phone services.
- Troubleshoot all services.
- Installations could include relocating cable outlets, adding converters and modems, interior and exterior wiring paths.
- Provide first-class customer service including detailed customer education on all products.
