About The Position

Join Nidec America as an Applications Engineer supporting one of our group companies. In this customer‑facing role, you’ll provide hands‑on technical support, guide product installations and configurations, and partner with sales and engineering to influence new features and solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering
• 5+ years of applications, technical support, or engineering experience
• Strong problem‑solving and customer‑facing skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Support customers during installation, integration, and configuration
• Customize products based on technical requirements
• Collaborate with sales and engineering to translate customer needs into solutions
• Lead customer trainings and workshops
• Document feedback to drive product improvements
• Represent the product in demos, meetings, and trade shows
