Maintenance mechanics/technicians are respected “Jack of All Trades” team members, performing mechanical and/or fabrication updates and using their knowledge to continuously improve production processes. Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred

Nice To Haves
- Prior experience with preventative maintenance, machine adjustments, and harvesting procedures is preferred
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the efficient operation of the pea harvesters, sweet corn harvesters, and any other equipment used in our planting and harvesting operations.
- Serve as a supervisor/mechanic for field operations. Train other field employees in the safe, proper and efficient operation of field equipment.
- Assist in the planting and harvesting of crops.
- Overhaul and repair of machinery and vehicles used in field operations.
