The Account Manager will build strong relationships and drive success in a thriving local market, working closely with property managers, owners, and multifamily communities to deliver impactful solutions. The position involves exceeding sales and profit targets in a designated territory by implementing sales and marketing programs and establishing both short and long-term sales strategies. It also drives growth by securing profitable new accounts through industry research, networking, and proactive prospecting. This position requires the operation of a company vehicle or a personal vehicle consistently more than 50% of the average work week, and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report is a requirement.
