About The Position

Lightspeed is driven by building the restaurant platform that helps hospitality businesses adapt, take control, and get back to what they do best: running the businesses they love. As we launch and grow our presence in Luxembourg, we’re looking for Field Account Executives who are excited to build a new market from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to join a global restaurant technology and SaaS company while making a real local impact. As a Field Account Executive, you will be part of a team transforming how restaurants in Luxembourg operate. Using a consultative sales approach, you will prospect, build relationships, and sign up new restaurateurs in your territory. By understanding their unique needs, you will develop customised solutions that help their businesses thrive, while building the Lightspeed brand in Luxembourg. Note: This role is field-based in Luxembourg

Requirements

  • Fluent in English, French. (German and/or Luxembourgish are strong assets)
  • Experience in B2B sales, field sales, restaurant operations, or a related industry
  • A strong field-sales mindset — you enjoy being out meeting customers daily
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills, with the ability to sell and negotiate at multiple decision-making levels
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and growing environment
  • Self-motivated, proactive, creative, and flexible
  • General technical proficiency with software and sales tools
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Generate lists of prospective restaurants in Luxembourg and manage the entire sales cycle from initial outbound calls and walk-ins to close (self-sourcing experience is a strong plus)
  • Conduct in-person and remote product demos and design solutions that best meet each prospect’s needs
  • Build trusted relationships with restaurant owners, operators, and decision-makers
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure expectations set during the sales process are met during onboarding and delivery
  • Leverage Salesforce (our CRM) to manage sales activities, pipeline, and forecasting
  • Understand the local competitive landscape and position Lightspeed as a leading restaurant and POS solution in Luxembourg
