About The Position

Therapy Smarts is seeking a compassionate, dedicated part-time Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-to-one pediatric ABA therapy to children with a diagnosis of ASD. This field-based role serves young learners in community and educational environments, including schools, daycares, Head Start programs, and clinics as needed. The technician works directly with children in their natural learning and social settings and collaborates with educators and supervising BCBAs/QBAs to support behavioral growth and skill development.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, typically during school hours from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The advertised pay range is $21–$27 per hour. Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA services to children with an ASD diagnosis in community settings.
• Implement interventions and procedures in treatment and behavior plans designed by the BCBA/QBA.
• Collect accurate, thorough data to track progress and support the medical necessity of intensive services.
• Participate in supervision sessions with the BCBA/QBA.
• Organize learning materials, visual schedules, and reinforcement items for community and school sessions.
• Communicate professionally with educational staff, daycare providers, and parents to support consistency and home/school carryover.
