About The Position
This role involves performing fiberglass and gelcoat repairs. Key responsibilities include catalyzing resin, applying chop and woven roving, and expertly handling gelcoat application from spraying to blending, sanding, and buffing. Proficiency in using and maintaining HVLP spray equipment is essential.
