This role involves assembling fiberglass tanks and components using hand and power tools, operating production equipment safely and efficiently, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. The individual must adhere to all NOV company policies and procedures, including Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Quality Assurance, and Operational Guidelines, and perform other duties as assigned. Job duties include reading and following blueprints, schematics, and work instructions, working overtime and flexible shifts (including day or night schedules) as needed, and performing physically demanding tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and repetitive movement for 8–12 hours per day. The position requires lifting up to 15 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, while maintaining a safety-first mindset and collaborating with team members.
