About The Position

This role involves assembling fiberglass tanks and components using hand and power tools, operating production equipment safely and efficiently, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. The individual must adhere to all NOV company policies and procedures, including Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Quality Assurance, and Operational Guidelines, and perform other duties as assigned. Job duties include reading and following blueprints, schematics, and work instructions, working overtime and flexible shifts (including day or night schedules) as needed, and performing physically demanding tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and repetitive movement for 8–12 hours per day. The position requires lifting up to 15 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, while maintaining a safety-first mindset and collaborating with team members. Requirements

  • Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed
  • Ability to work day or night shift
  • Completion of background screening
  • Completion of drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or industrial environments
  • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
