About The Position

The Fiberglass Laminator/Assembler is responsible for assembling fiberglass tanks and components using various hand and power tools. This role requires operating production equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and adhering to all company policies, including Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Quality Assurance, and Operational Guidelines. Key duties include reading and following blueprints, schematics, and work instructions, as well as performing physically demanding tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and repetitive movements for extended periods. The position also requires the ability to work overtime and flexible day or night shifts as needed, while maintaining a safety-first mindset and collaborating with team members.

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or industrial environments
  • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
