About The Position

Primary Responsibilities: Assemble fiberglass tanks and components using hand and power tools Operate production equipment safely and efficiently Follow manufacturing schedules and complete tasks with minimal supervision Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Adhere to all NOV company policies and procedures, including Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Quality Assurance, and Operational Guidelines Perform other duties as assigned Job Duties: Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions Work overtime and flexible shifts, including day or night schedules, as needed Perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and repetitive movement for 8–12 hours per day Lift up to 15 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally Maintain a safety-first mindset while working collaboratively with team members Education and Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED preferred (not required) Minimum 6 months of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred Familiarity with hand tools and power tools preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics preferred Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed Ability to work day or night shift Pay Range $23.09 - $37.82 per hour, depending on experience. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred (not required)
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred
  • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics preferred
  • Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed
  • Ability to work day or night shift
