About The Position
Chipr is growing fast in Lansing and hiring experienced sales representatives who know how to sell and want to be compensated for their efforts. In this role, you will offer fiber internet from carriers such as AT&T, T-Mobile, and Surf. You will work in residential areas across the Lansing market, closing sales with homeowners face-to-face. Experience in face-to-face sales, telecom, solar, retail, automotive, or gym memberships is transferable to this position.
Requirements
- Prior sales experience (any face-to-face or commission-based role).
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Smartphone or connected tablet.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Work in residential areas around Lansing.
- Present fiber plans, speeds, and current promotions, then close sales.
- Meet monthly sales targets.
- Maintain updated records of all sales and touchpoints in the tracking system.
- Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly training sessions.
