About The Position

Chipr is rapidly expanding in the Lansing area and is seeking experienced sales representatives who are motivated by earning potential. In this role, you will present and sell fiber internet services from major carriers such as AT&T, T-Mobile, and Surf to residential customers through face-to-face interactions in the Lansing market. Your experience in direct sales, telecom, solar, retail, automotive, or similar commission-based fields will be highly valuable.

Requirements

• Prior sales experience (any face-to-face or commission-based role).
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone or connected tablet.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work in residential areas around Lansing.
• Present fiber plans, speeds, and current promotions to potential customers.
• Close sales with homeowners.
• Meet monthly sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all sales and customer interactions in the tracking system.
• Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly training sessions.
