Requirements

Proven experience operating fiber laser cutting equipment or similar machinery.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and materials.
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate fiber laser cutting machines to cut metal parts according to specifications.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to determine precise cutting requirements.
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal operation.
Monitor production output for quality control and make adjustments to maintain accuracy.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment adhering to company safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Document work performed and maintained accurate records of production activities.
