This role is responsible for overseeing inbound and outbound operations within the FFC (Fast Flow Center). The supervisor ensures that all associates comprehend and execute safe work practices, identifies and resolves safety issues, and manages the daily workload to meet production volume targets. The position involves monitoring inventory flow, expediting priority product, and resolving pick and ship errors. Additionally, the supervisor trains associates on equipment, documents proficiency, and addresses equipment issues. They are responsible for completing incident reports, identifying and implementing process improvements, and monitoring staffing needs. The role includes conducting shift briefings, communicating business objectives, monitoring productivity, approving off-standard hours, setting goals, providing feedback, offering developmental opportunities, fostering an engaged and inclusive work environment, participating in the hiring process, training new hires and existing employees, resolving conflicts, sponsoring change initiatives, and collaborating with other operational shifts.
