About The Position

This position will be directly responsible for providing manual labor in moving equipment and furnishings for Applied Materials employees and departments. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to work shifts.
Ability to lift heavy objects, work independently, meet schedules and time lines.
High school degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

Provides manual labor in relocating furnishings, event setup equipment, general move requests, and some equipment installation
Reviews work order tickets to ensure all move and equipment-related services are completed
Follows work schedules and FF&E calendar created by FF&E manager in accordance with business hours as outlined within contractual agreements between ABM and the client.
Completes meeting and class set up requests
Handles key and lock requests from clients
Perform other duties as assigned. Job duties may be modified at any time.
Set up and take down chairs, tables, podiums, AV equipment and floor coverings as directed in the event setup plan.
Use special handling equipment as necessary.
Take guidance from the FF&E Project Manager in the performance of duties.
Direct 3rd party vendors as necessary to fulfill work orders.
Occasionally work outside of normal business hours in order to fulfill client requests.
