Fertility Nurse Case Manager
About The Position
US Fertility has an immediate opening for a Fertility Nurse Case Manager at Fertility Centers of Illinois in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. The role coordinates, manages, and supports the treatment of fertility patients, monitors patients throughout treatment plans, and provides direction and education. The nurse communicates physician orders and instructions and discusses laboratory results with appropriate interpretation and explanation. The position also involves creating a compassionate environment for patients and their families and documenting patient care in patient and department records. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Central Time, with occasional weekend and holiday work. Compensation is $72,000 to $84,000 per year, commensurate with experience. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered. The position is part of US Fertility, a national partnership of physician-led fertility practices. Requirements
- Current RN license in the state without limitations.
- Computer proficiency.
- Ability to manage a caseload of patients.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Strong customer service orientation, results orientation, and responsiveness to requests.
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred.
- IVF or fertility experience and a background in women's health preferred.
