Fertility Nurse Case Manager
About The Position
US Fertility is hiring a Fertility Nurse Case Manager at Fertility Centers of Illinois in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. The role supports fertility patients through treatment by coordinating care, managing cases, monitoring treatment plans, and providing direction and education. The nurse communicates physician orders and instructions, and conveys laboratory results with appropriate interpretation and explanation. The position also involves providing compassionate support to patients and their families and documenting care in patient and department records. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Central Time, with occasional weekends and holidays. Compensation is $72,000 to $84,000 per year, commensurate with experience. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered.
Requirements
- RN required.
- Current state RN license without limitations required.
- Ability to manage a caseload of patients.
- Computer proficiency required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Strong customer service skills and a results-oriented approach; highly responsive to requests.
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred.
- IVF/fertility experience and a background in women's health preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients.
