About The Position

Perimeter Solutions Group is hiring a Fence Superintendent to oversee commercial fence installation projects. This role manages field operations, supervises crews, and ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with strong experience in fence installation, construction management, and crew supervision.

Requirements

5+ years of fence installation or construction experience (commercial preferred)
Experience with chain link, ornamental iron, vinyl (PVC), and gate systems
Proven experience managing installation projects
2+ years in a Superintendent, Foreman, or Crew Lead role
Experience managing multiple crews and job site productivity
Strong communication with teams, clients, and vendors
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
Knowledge of excavation, concrete work, and post setting
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices
Understanding of local/state construction requirements

Responsibilities

Supervise fence installation crews across multiple active job sites
Coordinate schedules, labor, and materials with Project Managers
Conduct site walks with clients to review scope, layout, and timelines
Review blueprints, plans, and material takeoffs
Schedule and deploy crews for upcoming projects
Troubleshoot job site issues and support foremen/crew leads
Communicate field updates and changes for change orders
Perform quality control inspections and document completed work (photos/reports)
Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
