About The Position

Horizon Fence is seeking motivated and productive individuals for Full-Time Fence Installer & Lead Fence Installer roles in South Portland, ME. This position offers year-round work with no winter layoffs and a performance-based incentive structure that can add $15,000–$30,000+ annually to the base hourly pay of $30–$35. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, takes pride in exceptional customer experiences, and is looking for a career with growth potential rather than just a job. This role is for individuals who move with urgency, take ownership of job sites, care about craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, and want to earn more by performing at a higher level.

Requirements

• 2+ years fence installation experience
• Strong work ethic and high productivity
• Attention to detail
• Leadership mindset
• Valid driver's license
• Can pass drug screen
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
• Desire to improve and grow

Responsibilities

• Run fence installation projects from start to finish
• Lead a small crew and set the pace on-site
