Horizon Fence is seeking a motivated and skilled Fence Installer or Lead Fence Installer for a full-time, year-round position in South Portland, ME. This role is ideal for individuals who are productive, goal-oriented, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Unlike many fence companies, Horizon Fence offers year-round employment with no winter layoffs. Top performers have the opportunity to earn performance incentives that can add $15,000–$20,000+ annually on top of their base hourly pay. Requirements
- 2+ years fence installation experience
- Strong work ethic and high productivity
- Attention to detail
- Leadership mindset
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work outdoors in all seasons

Responsibilities
- Run fence installation projects from start to finish
- Lead a small crew and set the pace on-site
- Deliver high-quality craftsmanship every time
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and on budget
