About The Position

Perimeter Solutions Group is seeking a motivated Fence Installer / Crew Member to join our growing Phoenix team. In this role, you'll work alongside the Foreman and crew to install a variety of commercial and residential fencing systems, including chain link, ornamental iron, gates, and related perimeter security products. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and wants to build a long-term career in the fencing industry.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous fencing, construction, landscaping, or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required.
• Experience installing chain link, ornamental iron, or gates is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn quickly.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Frequently lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the day.
• Work outdoors in Arizona heat and varying weather conditions.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and construction equipment.

• Experience installing chain link, ornamental iron, or gates is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Foreman with installing commercial and residential fencing projects.
• Install chain link, ornamental iron, wood, vinyl, and other fencing systems.
• Assist with gate installation and related hardware.
• Load, unload, organize, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
• Dig post holes, set posts, pour concrete, and prepare job sites.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
• Read and follow project plans, layouts, and installation instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations.
• Follow OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies.
• Communicate effectively with the Foreman, coworkers, and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
