About The Position
We are seeking experienced, professional fence installation crews (Subcontractor – 1099 only) to support our growing residential and commercial installation division. This is a strong opportunity for established crews looking for consistent weekly work, organized scheduling, and reliable pay from a high-volume company. The work involves 5-6 jobs per week, primarily residential and commercial installations, with most projects being 150’+ fence installations and larger. The service area is mainly within 40 miles, with occasional travel.
Requirements
- Fully experienced in fence installation across multiple materials: Vinyl fencing, Aluminum fencing, Chain link fencing, Wood fencing
- Active 1099 subcontractor status
- Own full tools, equipment, and installation capabilities
- Active General Liability Insurance
- Workers’ Compensation (if required for your structure)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Up-to-date W9 / tax documentation
Responsibilities
- Start and complete jobs independently
- Manage full installation without supervision
- Deliver clean, code-compliant, professional installations
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct on job sites
- Represent the company appropriately in front of customers
- Follow installation standards and site expectations consistently
