About The Position
We are a fast-growing fence company installing residential and light commercial projects. We stay busy and expect our crews to produce at a high level with quality work. We are looking for an experienced fence installer who can run jobs, lead a crew, and get work done without constant supervision. This is not a helper position.
Requirements
- Experience installing fence (wood, vinyl, aluminum, etc.)
- Ability to lead and manage a small crew
- Reliable transportation
- Shows up on time and ready to work
- Takes pride in doing the job right
Responsibilities
- Lead fence installations from start to finish
- Manage 1–2 helpers on site
- Read layouts and ensure jobs are installed correct
- Communicate with customers when needed
- Keep jobs moving efficiently and on schedule
