About The Position
A to Z Quality Fencing, a family-owned fence company established in 1996, is seeking a Lead Fence Installer for their Hartford, WI location. This role involves leading a crew in the field to install various types of fencing, including vinyl, aluminum, cedar, and chain link, for residential, commercial, and farm clients. The company utilizes an innovative No-Mess, No-Dig installation process and offers strong warranties. The Lead Fence Installer will be responsible for the entire installation process from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fence installation experience strongly preferred
- Ability to lead a crew and take ownership of job quality from start to finish
- Comfortable with physical, outdoor work in all seasons
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
- Hard work, integrity, and a commitment to excellence
Responsibilities
- Lead a fence installation crew on residential, commercial, and farm projects
- Install vinyl, aluminum, cedar wood, and chain link fencing and gates to A to Z quality standards
- Pound posts, set posts, hang gates, and complete installations start to finish
- Read job specs and layouts, and ensure every fence is built square, plumb, and built to last
- Train and mentor crew members on proper installation techniques and safety
- Operate installation equipment and maintain tools, trucks, and job sites
- Represent A to Z Quality Fencing professionally with customers on every job
