About The Position

This role involves operating and supporting a fast-paced production line, machine, or palletizer to create high-quality hygiene products. The employee will follow clear specifications and SOPs, ensuring the line runs smoothly and efficiently, playing a hands-on role in driving strong machine performance and delivering results.

Requirements

  • Junior High, High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Entry-level experience - 0-1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, or no prior experience but a willingness to learn.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Basic mathematical, computer literacy skills.
  • Ability to lift and frequently stand, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
  • Quick learner.
  • Be able to work overtime, flexible hours, and weekends, as needed or required.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and support a fast-paced production line, machine, or palletizer.
  • Follow clear specifications and SOPs.
  • Keep the line running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Drive strong machine performance and deliver results.
  • Transport and scan shippers to area.
  • Monitor changeovers to scan off shippers.
  • Fill packaging robots with shippers as needed.
  • Change bundling film as needed.
  • Change tape into case packers as needed.
  • Clear jams and monitor generic printer.
  • Feed Webbing grinder with rework fiber/cotton material.
  • Maintain strict control of all raw material usages and product yields.
  • Complete required in-process inspections per area requirements.
  • Monitor grinder operation to assure all operating parameters are being maintained.
  • Utilize manual or automated pallet jack for material/product movement.
  • Supply production lines with necessary raw materials.
  • Maintain production, batch, and quality records as required.
  • Maintain cleaning supplies in a dedicated area.
  • Collect and dispose of trash and scrap materials.
  • Respond to Filter house alarm and clean accordingly.
  • Place correct recycle material in designated area.
