About The Position

This role involves operating and supporting a fast-paced production line, machine, or palletizer to create high-quality hygiene products. The employee will follow clear specifications and SOPs, ensuring the line runs smoothly and efficiently, playing a hands-on role in driving strong machine performance and delivering results.

Requirements

Junior High, High School Diploma or equivalent.
Entry-level experience - 0-1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, or no prior experience but a willingness to learn.
Attention to detail.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Basic mathematical, computer literacy skills.
Ability to lift and frequently stand, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
Quick learner.
Be able to work overtime, flexible hours, and weekends, as needed or required.

Responsibilities

Operate and support a fast-paced production line, machine, or palletizer.
Follow clear specifications and SOPs.
Keep the line running smoothly and efficiently.
Drive strong machine performance and deliver results.
Transport and scan shippers to area.
Monitor changeovers to scan off shippers.
Fill packaging robots with shippers as needed.
Change bundling film as needed.
Change tape into case packers as needed.
Clear jams and monitor generic printer.
Feed Webbing grinder with rework fiber/cotton material.
Maintain strict control of all raw material usages and product yields.
Complete required in-process inspections per area requirements.
Monitor grinder operation to assure all operating parameters are being maintained.
Utilize manual or automated pallet jack for material/product movement.
Supply production lines with necessary raw materials.
Maintain production, batch, and quality records as required.
Maintain cleaning supplies in a dedicated area.
Collect and dispose of trash and scrap materials.
Respond to Filter house alarm and clean accordingly.
Place correct recycle material in designated area.
