About The Position

As a Utility team member at Chicken and Beer LAX, you will support the kitchen and front-of-house operations by maintaining cleanliness and ensuring everything runs smoothly. This includes dishwashing, trash removal, cleaning, and assisting with food prep as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous utility or dishwashing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in a timely and thorough manner.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
• Assist in food prep and stocking as needed.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and help maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning.
