Come talk to us about joining the Centerstone team! JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION Works collaboratively with program supervisor to ensure program efficiency. Assists with daily functioning of program. The Team Lead will help documentation review, staff referencing, service facilitation and coordination, trainings, and outreach coordination. The Tennessee Recovery Project (TRP) is a federally funded FEMA and SAMHSA grant program providing crisis counseling and outreach to individuals affected by natural disasters. This grant is expected to run through summer 2027. The Team Leader position offers semi-remote work flexibility and oversees a team of TRP Crisis Specialists. This role provides operational support, coordinates recovery efforts in disaster-affected communities, and ensures effective service delivery. Key responsibilities of the Team Leader include supervision and support of the TRP Crisis Specialist team, coordination of team response and outreach to affected areas, maintenance of regular staff meetings, ensure data collection and reporting, and attendance of all grant meetings with federal partners. Occasional travel to community events in affected areas is required. Mileage reimbursement is provided. $30/hr
