Centerstone is a leading nonprofit behavioral health system dedicated to providing life-changing care. This FEMA Team Lead position is with the Tennessee Recovery Project (TRP), a federally funded grant program offering crisis counseling and outreach to individuals impacted by natural disasters. The grant is expected to continue through summer 2027. This role offers semi-remote work flexibility and involves overseeing a team of TRP Crisis Specialists. The Team Leader will provide operational support, coordinate recovery efforts in disaster-affected communities, and ensure effective service delivery. The position requires supervision and support of the TRP Crisis Specialist team, coordination of team response and outreach, maintenance of staff meetings, ensuring data collection and reporting, and attending grant meetings with federal partners. Occasional travel to affected areas for community events is required, with mileage reimbursement provided.
