About The Position

Administration, coordination and support of non-ACGME accredited fellowship programs in the Department of Radiological Sciences. Management of these non-ACGME fellowship programs by ensuring that annual requirements are met, educational activities which support the curriculum are maintained, and supports all non-ACGME fellows. Demonstrate initiative to improve quality and customer service by striving to exceed fellow expectations. Prepare a variety of documentation associated with program operations; distributes documentation or retains records as appropriate. Maintain computerized and hard-copy files of program records. Incumbent will support multiple fellowship programs across nine subspecialities.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of relevant policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Basic knowledge of health professions education industry.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop working relationships within department and with learners.
  • Excellent organizational skills, analytical, and demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with extremely complex faculty calendars / schedules requires extremely well organized and detail-oriented precision.
  • Investigative, data analysis, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to generate computer reports, checking for errors, correcting and submitting accurate reports.
  • Skills include entering, maintaining, extracting, and analyzing data in electronic systems.
  • Ability to confirm and adjust to last minute schedule changes.
  • Ability to initiate, respond, complete and follow up on special requests and projects.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to be sensitive to different cultures and backgrounds.
  • Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training
  • 3-5 years of related work experience
  • Must be able to provide proof of work authorization
