Danaher is delighted to announce an in-house legal fellowship for a 2026 graduate of the Ohio State Moritz College of Law. This fellowship will provide the recipient with a one-year, paid experience participating in and contributing to the work of an in-house legal team for a $24B company with 63,000+ associates across the globe at more than 15 unique businesses within life sciences, diagnostics, and biotechnology. The fellowship will begin in the late summer/early fall of 2026 and will continue for 12 months thereafter. The responsibilities of the fellow will be designed in accordance with specific Company needs over the duration of the fellowship but will provide outstanding service to the Company and an inside understanding of corporate client needs to the fellow. The fellowship term is expected to be 12 months in duration and is not intended to be renewable with the same fellow after that period of time. During the fellowship, the fellow will rotate across Danaher’s legal departments including: Ethics & Compliance, Litigation and Investigation, Labor & Employment, M&A, Government Affairs, Intellectual Property and Corporate Governance. The fellowship will be based at the company’s corporate headquarters in Washington, DC. The fellow will work directly with the company’s General Counsel, senior legal leaders, lawyers and paralegals at all levels as well as business leaders across the company.
