About The Position

This seasonal, part-time position supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The supervisor sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The role provides effective leadership and builds working relationships with personnel at all levels of the organization.

The position manages department resources to support maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency; ensures employees receive orientation, skills and safety training, materials, evaluations, and coaching; and supports their continued professional development. The supervisor promotes a positive, team-oriented environment focused on employee involvement, proactive communication, interdepartmental cooperation, and continual improvement.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to five days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the United States for this employer.

Responsibilities
