About The Position

This seasonal position supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance. The supervisor sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The role provides effective leadership and cultivates working relationships with personnel throughout the organization.

The position manages department resources to support maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency; promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment; and supports employee development through orientation, training, evaluations, and coaching. The listed schedule is 6 p.m. to 3 a.m., Tuesday through Saturday.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
