PT Seasonal Feeder Dispatch Supervisor
About The Position
The Feeder Dispatch Supervisor supervises, trains, and develops workgroups and holds them accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The role sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The supervisor provides effective leadership and fosters productive working relationships with personnel throughout the organization. The position manages department resources, supports employee development through training, evaluations, coaching, and development plans, and promotes a positive, team-oriented environment focused on employee involvement, proactive communication, cooperation, and continuous improvement. Employees must comply with applicable department, station, corporate, and local government requirements. This is a seasonal position.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
