About The Position

This position understands and performs general office procedures in a fast-paced office environment using effective time-management skills. He/She communicates effectively, solves intermediate-level problems and assists with basic research needs. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for processing and managing payroll specifically for Feeder drivers, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant compensation. The ideal candidate has attention to detail and can work independently during off-peak hours. The schedule for this position is Thursday-Saturday 1800-0100 with potential for more hours.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or International equivalent
  • Data entry skills - Required
  • Effective oral/written communication, problem solving, basic research, and time management skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Nice To Haves

  • 6 months - 1 year office support experience - Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answers telephone, keys data, files, etc.
  • Prepares reports and presentations using Microsoft Word or Excel.
  • Prepares and/or coordinates information for internal use and distribution.
  • Prepares and maintains departmental calendars and schedules.
  • Performs various other tasks as assigned by supervisor and/or manager.
