About The Position
As a Feeder Operator (Pressman Assistant), you will be assisting the Offset Press Operator of a Heidelberg XL-106 W/UV printing press as well as performing regular maintenance on the equipment. You have the key responsibility of delivering high-quality printing and meeting our customers’ expectations. This role is for the 3rd shift and involves assisting the Offset Press Operator of a Heidelberg XL-106 W/UV W/Coater.

- Autonomous, resourceful, accountable, and meticulous
- Great team spirit, flexible
Nice To Haves
- Mechanical skills are a plus
- Printing Industry background a plus
- Entry level to 2 years experience as a 2nd Press Operator is a plus
Responsibilities
- Run the press and deliver a product that meets the client's needs and company expectations
- Perform quality controls while running and make necessary adjustments to the machine
- Perform maintenance and minor mechanical adjustments or repairs on the equipment following an established preventive maintenance schedule
- Ensure that all raw material is available before starting production
- Work in very close collaboration with the Assistant Press Operator
- Participate in any other related task
