About The Position

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Feed Mill Supervisor in Natchitoches, Louisiana, to lead a team in a fast-paced production environment. The role oversees feed mill maintenance, scheduling, supervision, and evaluation of work, and is responsible for safety, quality, sanitation, budgeting, and productivity. The supervisor also supports continuous improvement through data analysis and process coordination. The position reports to the Feed Mill Manager. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends; evening and weekend work may be required.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in the poultry industry.
• 2–5 years of commercial feed experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Working knowledge of bag feed operations.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• SAP experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor feed sampling.
• Monitor preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment and machinery are functioning properly.
• Complete paperwork and reports associated with the mill.
• Match feed delivery tickets.
• Oversee feed mill maintenance, scheduling, supervision, and evaluation of work.
• Ensure safety, quality, sanitation, budgeting, and productivity in mill operations.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and process coordination.
