About The Position

The Simplot Company is a diverse, privately held global food and agriculture company headquartered in Boise, Idaho. We're looking for a dependable, safety-minded team member to help produce high-quality livestock feed products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll play an important part in supporting our customers by ensuring feed is produced efficiently, safely, and to quality standards. Requirements

• Ability to learn and safely operate production equipment and forklifts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and willingness to follow written and verbal instructions.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, production, agricultural, feed mill, or equipment operation experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate bagging and production equipment used in the feed manufacturing process.
• Monitor feed quality and identify products that meet company quality standards.
• Assist with feed processing operations, including mixing, grinding, receiving, and pellet production activities.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed.
• Follow safety procedures, operating instructions, and quality standards.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
• Support other production and facility needs as assigned.
