About The Position
ECU Department of Joyner Library Services: Circulation Department is seeking several Graduate Circulation Assistants for Fall 2026/Spring 2027! The Circulation Department is one of the busiest units within the library, and the first point-of-contact for many patrons. Students working in this department are expected to represent the library by providing exemplary customer service both at the front desk and in the stacks.

- Federal Work Study eligibility
- Graduate student status

Responsibilities
- Check in and out materials, answer questions, and assist patrons at the front desk
- Assist in opening and closing duties for the department as needed
- Assist with equipment inventory and cleaning projects
- Any other special tasks necessary to assist in the day-to-day functions of the department
