About The Position

GMG Management Consulting Inc. is seeking a Federal Transportation & Fleet Operations Specialist to support transportation and commuter services programs for a federal government client in Baltimore, Maryland. The position is based onsite at CMS Headquarters and is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The salary is $50,000.

The selected candidate will coordinate fleet vehicle reservations and maintenance activities, administer employee transit benefit applications, manage parking assignments, assist with freight and employee relocation requests, and maintain accurate program records and reports.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or transportation-related operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, and transaction-processing skills.
• Knowledge of federal transportation programs and transit benefit regulations.
• Ability to support transportation applications, records, and transactions in accordance with established procedures.

Nice To Haves

• Federal government or government contractor experience.
• Experience with the GOVGO! transit benefits system.
• Experience with fleet vehicle reservations, utilization tracking, or maintenance coordination.
• Experience with federal parking administration.
• Experience with TMSS 2.0 or similar transportation management systems.
• Experience coordinating freight or household goods transportation.
