About The Position

Solventum, a new healthcare company with a long legacy, is seeking a Federal Market Solutions Client Operations Program Manager. This role involves enabling better, smarter, safer healthcare through pioneering innovations. The company partners with healthcare professionals to solve tough challenges, focusing on the intersection of health, material, and data science. As a new company, some materials may still reflect legacy branding, but all listed roles are Solventum positions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university and 6 years of experience with project or program management, medical coding or strategic client partnerships in lieu of the bachelor’s degree education requirement.
• OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of seven 10 years of experience with project or program management, medical coding or strategic client partnerships
• Detail-oriented with analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience analyzing and documenting processes
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in healthcare or another related field.
• Change Management experience, including ability to lead change effectively.
• Experience with Solventum Coding & Reimbursement and Solventum 360 Encompass Computer Assisted Coding and Professional Coding
• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Project and MS Office skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with IL3 and IL4, RMF, ATOs, FedRAMP and the 3PAO process.
• Extensive Knowledge of IT Systems including Networks, Operating Systems, Platforms, Automation, Storage, Database, Identity, and Data Protection.
• Knowledgeable in firewall configuration, authentication principles, and digital certificates
• Experience with and understanding of the federal government health care environment, to include the DoD and VA.
• Ability to multi-task and handle large and sometimes complex workload under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Organizing and leading project teams from program inception to delivery, following an outcomes-based, agile-focused approach.
• Collaborate with product owners, software development teams, technical teams, and senior leadership to define project objectives.
• Drive client success by managing the programs within the Federal market to include but not limited to the Department of Defense, Veteran’s Health Administration, and the Indian Health Service.
• Assessing project progress and as needed, guiding adjustments to scope, timelines, and cost; escalate issues when necessary.
• Responsible for providing cost analysis, pricing, and tracking financial information for the team.
• Developing new proposals to win future Government awards
• Performs other related tasks on an ad hoc basis in support of Solventum Federal Market Solutions
• Must be able to pass a government background check for a position of Public Trust
• Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
