Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Federal consulting experience
- Experience developing SOPs
- Experience developing Process maps
- Experience developing Executive briefings
- Experience developing Business case analyses
- Experience developing Requirements documentation
- Excellent writing and editing skills

- FOIA or Records Management experience
