About The Position

BluePath Labs is seeking a senior Federal Acquisition Instructor to develop and deliver practical training on federal pre-award and post-award acquisition activities. The instructor will validate technical accuracy, turn acquisition requirements into usable examples and exercises, and coordinate with policy and process teams to keep learning materials current. Training may be delivered in classroom, virtual, or blended formats. This onsite position is based in Washington, DC. U.S. citizenship is required. An active security clearance is not required at application, but the selected candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance. TS/SCI eligibility or an active TS/SCI clearance is preferred. The position is contingent upon contract award. BluePath Labs is seeking qualified candidates for inclusion in a proposal for an upcoming government contract; applicants selected may be contacted for further steps if the contract is awarded.

Requirements

U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
Bachelor's degree in acquisition, business, public administration, education, or a related field, or a permitted equivalent.
Eight or more years of federal acquisition experience with demonstrated adult instruction or facilitation experience.
Strong federal acquisition subject-matter expertise across relevant pre-award and post-award activities.
Ability to develop technically accurate examples, exercises, and learning materials.
Experience incorporating approved policy, process, and template changes into training.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
Must pass all pre-employment qualifications required by the employer.
Strong facilitation, communication, writing, and stakeholder-coordination skills.
