About The Position

PREDICTION is growing, and we are looking for exceptional people who want to help build the next generation of technology for U.S. national security. Our team brings together senior leaders and experts from the U.S. national security community, Intelligence Community, and federal law enforcement, alongside exceptional engineers and researchers from some of the top universities and technology organizations in the world. We build technology for missions where decisions matter, information is fragmented, and operators need to understand what is happening and what to do next. We are looking for a Federal Account Executive to join our Federal Growth team. This is a sales role. We are looking for someone who is hungry, competitive, energetic, and motivated by results. Someone who understands the federal government, knows how to build relationships, and has the drive to turn those relationships into real business. We want a hunter. A hustler. Someone who creates opportunities instead of waiting for them. The Federal Account Executive will work alongside our Head of Federal Growth & Capture, with a primary focus on sales, customer development, pipeline generation, and closing federal business.

Nice To Haves

Experience selling technology, software, data, cybersecurity, defense technology, or other complex solutions to the U.S. federal government.
Existing relationships within the Department of War, Intelligence Community, DHS, DOJ, or federal law enforcement.
Experience selling into national security organizations.
Strong understanding of federal procurement and acquisition processes.
Experience creating and closing federal opportunities.
Experience working with government integrators, prime contractors, resellers, or other federal partners.
Active or previously held U.S. security clearance is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and own relationships across the Department of War, Intelligence Community, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Justice, federal law enforcement, and other national security organizations.
Generate new federal opportunities from the ground up.
Identify the right people inside government organizations and get PREDICTION in front of them.
Develop relationships with senior government leaders, operators, program managers, contracting officers, acquisition teams, and other decision makers.
Understand customer missions, problems, budgets, and priorities and turn them into real sales opportunities.
Build strong champions inside federal agencies.
Lead customer meetings, product demonstrations, follow ups, commercial discussions, and negotiations.
Drive opportunities from the first conversation through pilot, procurement, contract award, and expansion.
Build and manage a significant federal sales pipeline.
Understand how to navigate federal acquisition and identify practical paths to get PREDICTION under contract.
Work alongside our Head of Federal Growth & Capture on federal strategy, procurement pathways, proposals, partnerships, and major opportunities.
Work closely with our product and engineering teams to connect customer requirements with PREDICTION technology.
Represent PREDICTION at national security, defense, intelligence, and federal government events.
Help us build the federal sales organization as PREDICTION grows.
