About The Position

The FCC Risk Tech Lead will manage and enhance fraud monitoring across various banking channels including Payments (ACH, wire, check), Digital onboarding and account opening, and Online and mobile banking. This role involves evaluating monitoring effectiveness, alert quality, and coverage to identify gaps and drive improvements in detection and response capabilities. The lead will also develop and enhance dashboards and reporting, manage Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) across referrals, cases, losses, and controllable events. Collaboration with cross-functional teams across the first, second, and third lines of defense is crucial for driving enhancements and remediation efforts, ensuring system alignment with risk objectives. The position requires providing clear, actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of applicable Banking Regulations.
• Knowledge of Bank systems, teller, and back-office operations.
• Strong computer and technology skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Exceptional planning, collaboration and organizational skills.
• Strong Project Management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Banking.
