About The Position

The FAST Workforce Program Manager (WPM) serves as the operational leader for FAST’s workforce development portfolio, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring initiatives that support the Engine’s strategic goals. The WPM translates strategic priorities into actionable programs, manages implementation, oversees reporting and compliance, coordinates budgets and partner activities, and supports workforce performance metrics and deliverables. The WPM is the primary liaison between workforce leadership and implementation teams, working with project leads, partner organizations, the Workforce Partnership and Outreach Coordinator, and the Oregon STEM FAST Project Coordinator.
