About The Position
Panda Exteriors is launching a brand-new division and is building its next generation of leaders. This is a 6–12 month training program designed to take individuals from entry-level into sales or management roles quickly. The program provides full training, mentorship, and a clear path forward, even for those with no prior experience. The role involves building awareness for Panda Exteriors' home improvement services, talking to homeowners for free estimates (without high-pressure sales), learning communication and leadership skills, and growing into a trainer and then management based on performance.
