Requirements

Sales or customer-facing experience preferred

Responsibilities

Lead from the front by generating business and setting the pace in the field
Oversee roofing and restoration projects while ensuring strong customer experience and production quality
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and developing new sales representatives
Coach and mentor team members through ride-alongs, field training, and daily support
Help drive team performance, accountability, and morale in the market
Train directly with experienced sales leaders in Dallas to learn leadership systems and team management
Support leadership with team organization, appointments, and production goals
Develop the skills needed to transition into a Team Lead role overseeing team growth and results
